Please note that bespoke creations and engraved pieces are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Client Care team or visit a Hardy Brothers boutique to begin your return process and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely place your item in its original Hardy Brothers presentation box, including all diamond certificates, warranty cards, and proof of purchase.

  Complimentary Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and schedule a courier collection or drop it off at an authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewellers verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
